To the editor:
Leash law is a joke. Never a follow-up on giving warnings. How many times do you have to tell people before they are fined? From Bynum road to Marilyn Avenue, dogs run free — a day after the owners are warned. If you’re lucky, you may see police in this area once in six months.
Shopping center and Walmart parking fire lanes and handicapped parking posted signs don’t mean a thing. People park in front of stores, do their shopping. Police drive by, but never see or give warnings.
Why have signs?
Two days before X-mas, two police cars flying down Rt. 74, only to turn in at Pure gas station to go to police station.
