ROCKINGHAM — A Hamlet man is accused of cutting another man with a box cutter.
Richmond County sheriff’s deputies say Glenn Allen Lockey, 48, of Pear Drive, assaulted another man with the tool on Saturday.
A warrant was issued for his arrest on Sunday and he was picked up the following day.
Lockey is charged with assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury and was jailed under a $10,000 secured bond.
