Fire chief chooses ‘Most Kissable Lips’

Chief Harold Isler of the Rockingham Fire Department judged the Most Kissable Lips contest Tuesday at Merle Norman Cosmetic Studio in the Richmond Plaza shopping center. Participants applied their favorite lipstick and planted a smooch on a small sheet of paper, with Isler judging the resulting impressions. Lauren Nettles won top honors in the contest held the week before Valentine’s Day.
