SECU celebrates opening of Hamlet branch

The Hamlet City Council recessed its special meeting Tuesday afternoon to join credit union staff and community members at the event. SECU opened the new outpost for business in November. Lisa Talley, a Richmond County native and 30-year SECU veteran, serves as vice president and Hamlet city executive for the credit union.
