FREEDOM MINISTRIES NO. 1, Dobbins Heights, will celebrate its choir’s seventh anniversary at 6 p.m. The celebration will continue at 2:30 p.m. Sunday with guest speaker Bishop B. Burley of Mullins, South Carolina, and his congregation.

ST. LUKE NO. 2 FREEWILL BAPTIST CHURCH, 119 Morrow St., Hamlet, will hold its quarterly conference meeting at noon. All church members are welcome.

The church will offer a soup kitchen 9-10:15 a.m. every Sunday and from 5:45-6:45 p.m. every Tuesday. Food furnished by the Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina and donations. No one will be turned away.
