CHRISTMAS JOY CONCERT featuring acclaimed concert pianist Fr. David Masterson, violin virtuoso Cole Freeman and the Christ Church Anglican Children’s Choir will take place at 3 p.m. at Christ Church Anglican, 750 Fairway Drive, Southern Pines. MONTHLY BREAKFAST served by First United Methodist Church of Hamlet will take place from 7 to 10 a.m. at the church. Plates consist of two meats, eggs, grits, biscuit and gravy, juice and coffee for $5. Takeouts are also available.

NEW YEAR’S EVE MASQUERADE presented by Influential Entertainment featuring DJ K Smooth is planned at the Cole Auditorium at Richmond Community College in Hamlet. Formal dress.
