We have many problems in the United States. Most of these problems are not getting solved because we are not addressing the root causes. For example, violence with firearms is a problem. The government wants to solve this problem with gun control. However, gun control does not address the fundamental root causes, which are uncontrolled anger and lack of respect for human lives.
We have a lack of jobs. The government wants to solve this problem by pumping millions of dollars into the economic system. However, the root cause is lack of industry (which has been allowed to go overseas) and overtaxing business owners.
We have students not performing at an acceptable level in schools across the country. The government wants to solve the problem by trying to improve curriculum and teacher performance. However, the underlying cause is the breakdown of the family unit. Students come to school with jangled nerves from dysfunctional homes. They cannot fully concentrate on learning.
We have a problem with Republican and Democratic lawmakers not being in agreement. However, the truth is globalists control both parties. And they are controlled by international bankers (running the Federal Reserve System) who are pushing us toward One World Government. If loyal, patriotic Americans controlled both parties, they could work together.
The tragic death of Trayvon Martin is a specific example of not addressing the root cause of a problem. Mr. Zimmerman should have let the police handle the situation, but the real, underlying problem was that Trayvon did not have a father or other man in his life to provide good role models. If he did, he would have been engaged in positive activities far from that gated community.
Rev. Jessie Jackson, Rev. Al Sharpton, Jay Shutt and all Christians should be asking ourselves, “Is our church doing enough to help fatherless children be mentored by caring, loving adult men and women who are willing to work to help them succeed in life?” That’s addressing the root of the problem!
Until Christians and concerned non-Christians are willing to make the sacrifices necessary to help our “lost” children, clean up our media, force our government to act in our best interests (instead of their own), and take back Constitutional rights that have been taken away or are under attack, we will continue to have unresolved problems.
