Christopher Scott Humbert, 19, of 127 Holly Road, Rockingham, died Tuesday, July 3, 2012, in Yuma, Arizona.
The funeral service will be 3 p.m. Friday, July 13, at Harrington Funeral Home Chapel in Hamlet, N.C., with Rev. Richard Gilliam officiating. Burial will follow at Richmond Memorial Park.
Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, July 12, at Harrington Funeral Home.
He was born Feb. 28, 1993, in Rockingham, son of Scott Steven Humbert and Christel Hammond.
He is survived by his parents, Christel Hammond of the home, and Scott and Liz Albers Humbert of Yuma; maternal grandparents, Archie and Aliza Hammond of Maxton, N.C., and Marcia McDonald of Norman, N.C.; paternal grandparents, Steven and Marie Humbert of Niceville, Fla., Kathy and Gib Jones of Laurinburg, N.C., and Alford and Felicita Albers of Virginia Beach, Va.; brothers, Gage Covington of Rockingham and Evan and Jake Humbert of Yuma; sister, Kaylan Covington of Rockingham.
